Submitting a Plan Your Escape enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking or create an obligation to purchase a travel experience.
Following an enquiry, Travelling Birdies may contact you to discuss your preferences, proposed itinerary, travel arrangements and potential costs.
Any travel proposal is subject to availability, supplier confirmation and the terms provided with that proposal.
A booking will only be confirmed in accordance with the applicable Travel Booking Terms & Conditions and the written booking confirmation provided by Travelling Birdies.
4. Founding Birdies Community
The Founding Birdies program is an initiative designed to bring together women who share an interest in golf, travel and friendship.
Applying to join the Founding Birdies community does not guarantee acceptance, access to a particular travel experience or availability of future offers.
Participation in the Founding Birdies program does not require payment of a membership fee.
Community benefits, invitations and activities may evolve as Travelling Birdies develops.
Any separate community rules communicated to participants will also apply to participation in relevant community spaces.
5. Travel Information and Availability
We take reasonable care to present accurate and helpful information about destinations, golf courses, accommodation, activities and other travel experiences.
However, travel information may change, including availability, pricing, operating hours, course conditions, supplier facilities and inclusions.
Images and descriptions may be illustrative and may not represent the exact arrangements ultimately offered.
We encourage travellers to review the details of their individual proposal and booking confirmation before making travel commitments.
6. Travel Bookings and Payments
Where Travelling Birdies arranges and books travel services on behalf of a customer, payments may be collected by Travelling Birdies Pty Ltd and used to secure arrangements with relevant suppliers.
Specific booking conditions, including deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation provisions, supplier terms and refund arrangements, will be provided separately before a customer commits to a booking.
These Website Terms & Conditions do not replace those specific booking conditions.
